I placed an order online with my credit card for 1048 (two t-shirts) on 31 July. I didn't receive yet. I emailed, called, contacted on facebook but there is no response. the shipping details says out for delivery from last 3 days but not delivered yet.
I am unable to cancel the order (there is a pop up blocker)

I placed an order online with my netbanking for 1098 (two t-shirts) on 12 Oct. I didn't receive yet. I emailed, called, contacted on facebook but there is no response. my order id is TF-7521. What do i need to do?
