I live in Vijaynagar, Scheme no. 54 and there are stray dogs in every street. They bark day and night and its impossible now to carry on with this. I'm a student and its tough to study any time of the day because of this noise pollution. They make it hard for the kids to walk the streets by themselves and some of them also seem to have rabies or something.

The responsible committees do not act towards this. We don't want the authorities to react after these dogs have injured some citizen.
It's indeed a shame to even call Indore, the most developed city in Central India when the streets here literally makes India look worse than a Third World country!

Please, DO SOMETHING!
