Below is the copy of the email sent to STARCJ's CEO Mr. Paritosh Joshi. Unfortunately I didn't get any revert from him.
Dear Mr. Joshi,
I'm writing to you as I didn't get any revert from response@starcj.com.
I was a very satisfied customer of STAR CJ before ordering this product. But, what has been happened in past 2 months that is simply ridiculous!!!
On 12th February 2012 I had placed one order which I received on 3rd March 2010 (After 20 days). Order number:- 20120211028923
Product was not as shown on TV and quality was very poor. I reported same thing to your customer care immediately and they promised me the refund. But, nothing happened for next one week. Then I called once again and they processed my request on 9th March. They committed that they will pickup this product in 5 working days. But, nothing happened and since that time I'm just calling to your customer care; speaking to different-different agent and their supervisors. I would have call over 30 times in past 40 days.
Every time I called to customer care, I just got false commitments. Most of the times they had disconnected or transferred my calls. I never reached to any supervisor in one go, I always had to call 2-3 times and also had to wait for 7-10 mins.
I had spoken to BARSHA, SARIKA, SHIV, BHAVNA, ROVEN, HUJEFA...etc. all of them committed me to resolve my issue, but actually they have never done any followup...instead they didn't come on call whenever I called and asked for an escalation.
Last time I spoke to Ayub and he had assured me that my issue will be resolved but, still product is not picked up. And, now he is saying that he has tried but, its not working. !?
I request you to help me in this case or else please process my refund as it's been over 40 days and I didn't get any help from your customer care.
This was the most pathetic experience in my life till now from any customer care.

Hi even I faced the same problem. I had bought a food processor from star Cj. It was not working for few days but after bringing the issue into the notice, they got it replaced in a week.
