Subject : Dispute Transaction of Rs.2240 - (REF #1********1 RAJES CHENNAI IN) on 7-May-11

With reference to the above subject, i purchased dress of Rs.2240.00 on 7-May-11 in Rajendra Textiles Pallavaram, Chennai (Only one time purchased) but the merchant has swiped my card two times. i signed in only one charge slipe only. On the day itself i made complaint to standard charterd bank Customer care.
In the next bill (Bill statement date - 8-Jun-11) SCB showed me two times of Rs.2240.00 and one time reversed. The problem is solved in 8-jun-11 statement itself.
But now (Bill statement date 8-Aug-11) why SCB asking me to pay Rs.2240 again. The second transaction is not authorised by me.

Please resolve this problem soon.
