As i'm servicing my Vehicle for the past 2 years in ART Maruti Service Centre at Villupuram, Tamilnadu. Whenever i took my vehicle to service centre they definitely tell some parts were not available and it will get in 2 - 3 days like that they will respond. Recently, i took my vehicle for Oil leakage complaint, they checked the vehicle and told that Right side dry soft Oil seal ( Gear Oil) need to change and it will cost around Rs. 150/- to Rs. 200/-. But, the fact is they are not keeping even this small spare in his service centre. They told the same statement that it will get in 2 - 3 days like that. My question is by not keeping even small spares in this service centre why are you running this one?. My vehicle getting gear oil leaky for the past 3 - 4 days.
Pl. take necessary action and keep the service centre atleast with small spares.
