Order number- 37793838. I purchased optimum nutrition serious mass from shop clues .com on 13 th Feb 15 . I immediately realised that the product is duplicate. It being a food products makes this issue very critical , as soon as I consumed it I felt sick and my stomach started to hurt . I took pictures of the product and immediately wrote to shop clues.com and explained to them the problem , at first the absolutely refused to accept that the product is duplitand refused to return invaded to call and mail many times and finally when I said will complain to the consumer court they agreed to return and refund . Although the product is been taken back my money is still not refunded , I wrote and called many times . Pls take necessary action against the site and help me get my money back and also compensation for this unprofessional approach by the company
