NOW INSTEAD OF THE ABOVE ITEM, SNAPDEAL SENT A PINEAPPLE SLICER. A COMPLETELY WRONG ITEM.
When i complained on the phone to them, they said they will pick it up but will not refund the money in cash, and will put it in their some free charge balance.
So i decided to cancel my original order for milk frother , so I can re-order later and adjust the money from free charge balance.
they now saying that by clicking cancel the order i have cancelled the pick up and refund of the wrong order and so i will not get my money refunded, which i paid for the wrong item delivered to me.
1- they sent wrong item
2- they don't refund money that was paid in cash to them COD.
3- they don't even want to pick the wrong item and adjust the money for delivering the right item later.
4- if you want to cancel the initial order, so as you can buy it later from the credit, they cancel the pickup and the refund to the free charge balance too.
