Dear Executive,
I Purchased a slider almirah last month from Godrej Interior, Bhubaneswar, Sahid Nagar, Odisha.
I received a damaged mirror and incompatible arm for the drawer.
I was asked to wait for one week and was supposed to get replacement for that.
However I had to wait for three weeks for the replacement , and today I received the products at my place.
When the godrej service people came to my home and unboxed the mirror, it was found to be damaged again and the arm for drawer was also incompatible at the same time.
I have not been able to use my products from Three weeks.
Such extremely bad service by Godrej is disappointing and also ruining the brand Image of Godrej.
I would request you to return the product from my home and refund me at the earliest.
Otherwise I will be compelled to file consumer complaint at the right forum and go to Consumer court located here at Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
