Sub: Short quantity received…

Sir,
We have received 13 c/s of PANEER on 23/06/10 in invoice no.A10/E04/MP/T/004217 Dt.22/06/10
having batch no.SH 162-033,Mfg Dt.11//06/10 MRP 180/-
All the above mentioned 13 c/s were sealed pack but out of this 13 c/s in 5 c/s there was shortage of 1kg each.in all we have received 5 kg paneer short in above mentioned invoice.
So kindly adjust the Credit note of the short quantity received in our A/c.
We would like to take your kind attention towards this issue as this is not happning first time with us.
Prior to this also,many a times we had received short quantity but always we had made oral complaint to Mr.Aashutoshji Sharma,FSR of our company.So kindly try to stop such things.
We also have sent you a written copy on our letterhead regarding the same issue.
Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
