I was purchasing Samsung Metro E2202 (White) from www.shopuli.com on 28-Nov-2013,my Order ID is:1549246, it was taking too much time to dispatch my product,then i leaved a message on there message board regarding dispatching my product on 02.12.2013 the very next day they call me and said "sir the product you order is out of stock our site is under maintance and product is showing because its status has not been updated they also assured me to refund my money by 7 days" Its above 20 days spend but they didnt refund,now a days when i call them they used to say me "sir may have some account issue it has not been refunded i am checking and call back to you..im still weighting till they didnt call.

Till now they are showing product is in stock,where actually its not

the very last day 18 dec 2013 i call them and asked same about the refund then they told me ,sir ur money was refunded on 5 dec 2013 they also mail me a proff of ebs money transfer,where it is showing proceed (refunded),while yet i didnt credited.i dont know exactly who is holdig my money shopuli.com or ebs.

Please please help me.
