It was delivered to wrong address i.e;Dombivalli instead of my address Digboi,Assam.After several followups through emails and phone calls to customer service,till now I didn't get neither my product nor payment refund.They are just prolonging the case by asking to wait for some more days whenever I spoke with them.Clearly Its their fault because they delivered the product in Dombivali,Maharashtra instead of Assam.But now I am the person who is suffering.I just can't afford to make some more calls by loosing phone balance.Please help me to get money refund.
