Dear Sir/Madam,

I Deepak kohli would like to inform you that We are facing a lots of problem due to sewer Blockage in Back lane of our Residence.

As we are on Ground Floor residence, the sewer water overflows into our home. This is also affecting our children and the old People of the area with diseases like dengue etc. So please take some action to resolve this problems as soon as possible.
