Hi,
We bought a new 29 inches Toshiba LED on Diwali festival with full excitement..its been 2 days and the person from the shop has not still come to home for installation. We have been calling them for approximately 50 times.Every time they are giving false commitments that the person is on the way and blaaah blaaah. We are trying to call Toshiba complaint center. It is not getting connected too.
No doubt the person will come for installation but the trust for such big company has been gone. It has been such a poor service.
Hope anyone will work on it.
