( 1st incident )
i am purchasing I20 Asta (o) in 2016 December dombivli branch, during this your sale executive ( Rajesh Patil ) offer me for Teflon coating and anti dust and charges 12500 , i paid that charges & at a time of delivery he inform me coating and anti dust was done , when i gone for first service at bhiwandi them inform me coating and dusting not happen after purchasing your vehicle 3 months later he provide me coating & dusting

( 2nd incident)
I am facing regarding the Teflon coating which was done in the month of March it has been observe that some area on my car was not proper polish and the same was reflecting on Bonnet and Door,vax was reflected on door, bonnet, it was very worst service provide by your team

(3rd incident )

last month 11th of December i called your bhivadi office for 2nd service and insurance claim , your pick up person come and collect my vehicle and i personally visit your bhiwadi office at that time i clearly inform my second service was due and your person inform me that will be done in between your insurance claim take time more than 7 days my vehicle was held in your work shop at a time of delivery in confirm with your executive and he confirm your second service was done now i receive call for second service and he /she inform me second service was not done not please explain me was is the issue with hyundia this kind of service not expected from Hyundai
