i have requested many times to service provider for RO water purifier service but still i didn't get any response from other side. Date of purchase 07/04/14 and CHALLAN NO.MT 05070414. Sales person-Dhan pat singh (ED_II) This complaint is against service provider.
Complainant's Goal: i want service as soon as possible.

I am not satisfied with Kent purifier due to there pathetic post sales service & response .This is 2nd complaint within 7 month from purchase . I am also using other company purifier but never faced such type of service issue . Can I expect somebody from Kent will address this issue immediately .
