we purchased a whirl pool invertor +battery from QRS, QRS Ltd Thirunakkara Maidanam, Kottayam Kerala with one year warranty on invertor and 18 months replacement warranty on battery. It was purchased on 12 Feb 09. At around two months back it starts giving complaints like smell from battery and failure in auto cut off system(on completion of charging the battery). The same was complained to customer care centre and shop from where it was purchased. After two weeks of complaint company sent one technician for this. But unfortunately problem has not been resolved. So we sent complaints to Whirpool State custumer care centre and shop from where we purchased the items. THEY DIDNT TAKE ANY ACTION TILL NOW.
