I sent an email to helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com on March 30th, 2015 requesting to repair my refrigerator. Yet there is no response from the Whirlpool. So I sent one more email to the same email id mentioned on the whirlpool website. I don't know why this company sells products if it is having much negligence in solving customer issues. There are no proper service centers available at large cities. It should provide service centers at least one for a district. There should also the facility of registering service request online so that a service engineer can visit and get the product repaired. If whirlpool still continues the same type of service, then I highly recommend others not to go ahead in purchasing Whirlpool products as it is lacking in providing the service for the products.
