mai saptrishi metaslim 12 july 2012 se use kar rahi hu aur mujh per wo bilkul bhi asar nahi kar raha hai,maine 24 july ko hi apni complain dal di thi.jab maine customer care call karke use wapas le jane k liye complain kiya to koi bhi meri cal ko responce nahi kar raha hai.jab ki metaslim per 15 days money back garuntee hai,per aaj 26 july hai aur mere 15 days bhi poore ho gaye hai abhi tak use koi wapas lene nahi aaya.
mujhe ye dekh kar bahut dukh hai k saptrishi jaisi company bhi customer k emotions aur paise k sath fraud karti hai.mai use ab kaise return karke apne money wapas pau reply me plz.
I have register my complain in metaslim on 24 july.
I have send 3 mail to metaslim too.
And tried so many time call to customercare no -0********00,
but where no body responding on my call.
I had ordered meta slim on 29th July through online payment.i was mailed the Ducati numb and transaction numb.i was infmd tat I would receive the product by 7th August but till date I have nt received and the numbs provided r nt working . They r totally fraud I want my money back.we should also File case against amar upadhyay who is endorsing for such products forgetting his social responsiblity towards society.
i got metaslim on 17th aug. bt it is totally useless product fraud company and i compliant about them to police dept also dnt worry u stupid and fraud company soonly ur company will be over....... i call ur customer care so many times after completion of 12 days bt ur customer care never respnded... ab to yeh company gayiiii
