I bought a new i10 car in Nov 2013 from Sanjay Hyundai Pune. Even though i was not too keen to buy a new car at that time, your dealer insisted saying that a scheme of exchange bonus of 20k was going on and it was valid for another 1 week only. I went ahead and bought i10 and sold my old car. All the documents asked by the dealer for Exchange bonus were submitted within 45 days, except for RC of new car which i received just a week back.

Now your dealer is saying they cannot process my request as i am delayed in submitting the RC. Every week i have been visiting RTO office for the RC and i have been updating about the status to your dealer (please see below communications). Now i feel cheated when i am not given my Exchange bonus which was the sole reason for me to buy a new car. I am sure the dealer is aware of the process and time it takes in getting RCs in Pune, which is not within the hands of the consumers. I am deeply saddened with the conduct of your Dealer in Pune, Sanjay Hyundai.

I have registered a complaint 1-********0 on this matter but there is no response from your company so far.
