Very bad and rude customer support from Uniconnect. I was using their Canadian sim card and I had issues with setting my data. So like any other customer, I called their support team and the experience of interacting wth them was mind blowing! I was first kept on hold for 10 mins only to connect me to their tech department who said that the settings are fine, could be network issue. So again on hold for 10 minutes and then connected to the network department. They said no problem with the network, must be with my handset only. So basically afte 30 minutes of an international call, there was no solution offered from their end. Disappointing!
