IndiGo Airlines - Rude behaviour and insult from MR. David on mumbai airport

Hi ,
Myself Shakti Gandhi and my wife Mrs Jayshree Jain along with our infant baby Viram Gandhi were traveling from Indigo Flight no 6E463 from Mumbai to bangalore yesterday on 3/6/15. My ticket was seperate with a different PNR, My wife and child were traveling with PNR # X973WZ .
Since we were on a wedding function so in hurry we were not carrying birth certificate of our baby. On mumbai airport we were taking our boarding pass on gate#14 ,so the person at gate no 14 asked for birth certificate since we were not carrying to said the same to him (travelled in indigo on 1/6/15 also without that certificate while going). So he asked his supervisor Mr.David for the same. Mr. David just before had a BIG argument with one more customer on another gate,he was trying to charge customer in wrong way and when got caught got angry and frustation. So when our gate person talked to MR. David for our problem ,he just told the gate person to make a fresh booking for the infant and ran away from the spot without even speaking to us and listening to us. The gate person noticed his colleagues rude behaviour and said sorry and started speaking to somebody else....after sometime again that Mr. David came frustated ,then we tried to talk to him and ask regarding his rude behaviour ,he said that he has not made any conversation with us so how can it be rude and again left and never came back...i was very strange how can a responsible person speak to customer like this way and not solve customers problem....the gate person was watching all these thing and he told us whatever he has done was wrong. he was continuously speaking to other officer regarding this behaviour....it was all happening for almost 50 minutes...we were waiting like fool later we asked the gate person was solution as we were getting late....then he told us we need to take a new ticket but Mr.david have not informed him whether to take a child ticket or a infant ticket for the baby. let me clear our child will complete 2 years on 19/6/15. later some miss nikita came as the gate person was not able to issue fresh ticket since it was late for flight. Miss Nikita she was also not knowing whether to take a infant or child ticket. since it was getting late for flight she told us a pay full child fare on Rs.4629 and refunded Rs.1000 infant fare.

I feel because of wrong mood,attitude of MR.David we are forced to pay excess amount of Rs.3629 . and it was wrongly charged.I want refund of my amount and want a strict action against Mr. David for wrongly charging and insulting us in front of so many people. From company Like indigo such behaviour is not expected. I can arrange all the proofs to show my child age. Please give me immediate refund for that extra charged.
