Railway - Rude & arrogant behavior of railway staff

I went to goregaon railway station to get new railway pass, i was standing in a FC que, As i was injured so i was not able to stand for long time. The ticket man was giving tickets to other passenger & he was taking his own time, till then i was waiting patiently, but for long time he was giving ticket to normal passenger but not to the peple who are standing in FC que, I asked him to give ticket so he start shouting at me, he absued so i went to the station masters office, the man who was on counter started fighting & even he keep other people waiting in the que for such a small issue, he want's to show his powers coz he works as an government employee.
Complainant's Goal: WR authorities sd take action on such staff who use their powers in wrong way

Start my journey from jaiselmer to degana. I reached degana junction night 2:30am and i waiting for another train that time i sit on railway station chair that time a station staff come from station Master room and told me go from to here this not right place to sit. And he told me in rudely and using abuse language.
