hi, i am a daily traveller from kurla to harbour suburbs.today i had a bad,rude and harassing experience at kurla RPF room located at platform no.1. I had a complaint regards to the service at the stn, i entered the RPF room for my complaint,but the officer at RPF rudely answered me stating it is the contractors job and report it to station master.the officer didnt gave me chance to speak and tell the whole issue.then i went at station masters office at platform no.4.i explained the station master the complaint.thanks to the station master as he addressed my issue and escorted me by a police.This is a big question mark on the part of the RPF officials as they do not listen to the complaint and wash their hands off.it is very shameful for the RPF officer who was of the age around 50+,old man with moustache (north indian).this just an incident of negligence of responsibility and blamame.Request to mumbai suburban police and Related security forces,to employ officials who have dignity of others and not harassing them.RPF is for security of people public,also known as public servants.such instance definitely bring a feeling of regionalism towards north indians,and some political parties are true if we guage the facts.the incident is at 10pm today.
