I and my friend shyam sundar booked Suzuki Access each one at Karuna Suzuki Ganapathy, Coimbatore, tamilnadu on 21.12.2015.
They promised to Delivery vehicle on Jan 4th 2016 . but till now RTO registration is pending..we go daily to showroom and sales mans always said come tomorrow. We get tierd and very suffered.
I asked to manager on 11.01.16 He promised I will delivery in 3 days. But till now RTO registration pending. So I asked today to the manager "plz return my initial payment ". But he said "give cancel letter and I will give money with in ten days."
But I want urgent money bcoz I get small accident today. My old bike now at service center.
Plz do quickly to give money or vichle

I have purchased Suzuki Access with chassis no-MB8CF4CAAG8723717 from M/S AYS Motor PVT LTD Bhopal on 28.01.2016.
But within a year the fual metter has stoped working then i have complaned to dealer on 04.01.2017 and he promissed that will arrange within one week but now approx four month has been passed but still he has not replace my metter. In beetween 10 to 12 time i have contact to his service center but every time they people is asking that within one week i will arrange. Now i am very much Frustrated to your service
So this is request to you please arrange the same on urgent basis otherwise i dont have opction except to go consumer court.
