I have ordered 2 pair of shoes from the above mentioned website with the standard size available in the market. details of the purchase as stated below:

however, after receiving the product i have notice that product size is not as per the standard and that does not fit it. therefore, i have requested the Supplier to arrange the replacement of the same product with one size long. which was denied by them stating that they have supplied as per the order.

after several calls and email, this is ridiculous to they will not accept the request for unused products. the request was made immediate after the delivery.

request your intervene and assistance in this regards.
