North Western Railway - retiring not provided at abu road station

i booked a retiring room at abu road railway station on 4th june 2017 and got a confirmation with amount deducted from my bank account. (RR REFERENCE NUMBER Is ABRRR805888 AND TRANSACTION NUMBER IS 0002500529) but after reaching abu road railway station the officials denied by saying that they have no room vacant, all rooms are already booked been booked till 5th june 20:00 hrs. then i went to station manger he also didn't given me any satisfactory answer. i had suffer full day at station.
Complainant's Goal: to get refund of amount deducted and take valid action.
