Our sincere request to the builder (Vikram Structures Pvt. Limited, hereafter mentioned as VSPL) is to provide all the facilities as committed and provide a safe environment for us to live with our families. Many of the flats are already occupied. The occupancy certificate is not given by the builder till now.

Further, the most serious issue is that the ground floor commercial space is now being allocated for a hotel and in the basement arrangements are being made for storage and gas station. VSPL has promised us that the basement will be for 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler parking. Now there are walls being constructed for setting up storage and gas stations for the hotel. This is a serious threat for the residents.

The visitors to the commercial place (for example, vehicles coming for unloading provisions) can get easy access to the residential area through the steps from the car parking. The gas station makes it vulnerable to fire accidents, whatever the precautions taken may be. 2 bore well connection and 1 cauvery connection was promised for residents of the flats; however one of the bore well connection is now being connected exclusively for the hotel.

In our personal experience, we have never seen any apartments, where the basement & commercial area are leased to hotels. We fear that this will create serious problems and threats for the flat owners and residents. Our requests are not being accepted and the builder is turning their deaf ear to us. Please support this petition so that our problems get resolved.
