Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Replacement pending of my car

I hv bought brand new swift dezire vxi (opt.) on 19th apr.2017 from Goyal motors,Paonta Sahib, (H.P.)
I'm not getting any responce from your side for the replacement of my car.
On the day i bought the car, problem was found in 3rd gear (gear slipping problem).
I returned my car to the showroom to replace..but til now not getting any response from ur side.
Now ,the option left for me to go to the CONSUMER COURT and media will also invove for this issue!!

Complainant's Goal: I want you to replace my car as soon as possible,else m going to consumer court.

I bought ertica vdi..this vehicles 3rd gear complaint..i repaired in company 16000 rs...now diesel pipe complaint...what can i do..i trusted maruthi..but now this company cheating customers using duplicate accessories...
