I complaint on 11 dec 2018 about repairing of my washing machine on your customer care with complain No. 1002484482 and registered mobile number ********51.
After that I call your staff named Ms. Rahul(********67) and Ms. Mamta (********63) more than 10 time. After so many call finally your technician visit my home(approx 25 dec) and look up of my washing machine and said “sorry I can’t repair it today because have no accessories.next time when I ll come, I ll come with accessories and repair it” and he demanded for service charge. My parents give him 250/- and said him come next time with proper accessories and repair it then we will pay you your remaining balance. After 20 days he suddenly his call came that he come today but unfortunately my parents was not at home that time.
Today 28/01/2019 I complaint again with complain number 1002719633
Kindly repair it and I also want original bill of all part which will replace in repairing and also handover the faulty part of my machine. So I can verify the market price of replaced part. I can’t trust your technician for bill because all time he tell different price of same item. So I ll verify his bill and if found any difference in price, I will take the necessary action.
I am totally disappointed with your service. I never suggest anyone to go for IFB . Seriously your service is worst
No one listen the customer complain in your company.
Now it’s last time If my issue ll not resolve now. I ll complain this in consumer forum.
