Dear Sir/Madam,

With respect to Digital Camcorder as follows:

Model – ELURA60
Serial Number – 2********831
given to Canon Service Centre \"Ritech Peripherals - Bangalore\" on 29-Dec-2007 and CMRR No IL295555

I have sent three complaint letters to Canon service centre (Ritech Peripherals and Gurgaon Office) dated 01st August 2008, 31st Dec 2008 and Feb 27 2009 but have not got any response from them.

The original complaint is that I have paid an amount of Rs 1500/- (dated Sep 22 2007) as the repair charges for the problem that the click button and sometimes zoom button is not working.

I have use the camera for around ten minutes only in the next two months and same problem is occurring again. I have deposited the camera again on Dec 29 2007 for the same problem.

After that numerous visits to the Canon service centre and posted letters to them, I have not received the camera back.

I have even visited Canon new service centre office at Brigade Road Bangalore also one month back and in turn as recommended from them, I have spoken with Mr. Sashtri for the same. Infact, I have spoken with Mr. Sashtri many times but got only sugar coated answers that the camera will be returned within a few days.

At last, I have sent all the following accessories which have come with this camera (ELURA60) to Brigade Road Office (Sep 2009)
1) Battery
2) DC Adapter
3) Cables
4) Remote Control and covers

After that Mr. Biju has contacted me that similar kind of camera will be given back to me and after 100+ conversations with Mr. Shashtry, nothing fruitful occur and situation is same that camera will be returned back to me soon.

It is more than 28+ months now and still have not received the camera.
