I am not a customer of Airtel, but I got a female who called me from Airtel and started to harass me very badly because somebody has given my number for reference and he has not paid his Airtel bill. Is this what Airtel train their people. they don't even ask for my details and just because some guy has given my number, he cannot become my boyfriend or husband. This lady called me Bloody and that I am this guys girlfriend. I don't even know who this guy is. This has made me very very emotional because I am married and have a daughter. this lady did not have any kind of right to call me all these above stated. They have to do a check when somebody gives a reference. they cannot all of a sudden call somebody who is not related by anyways and harass. please I request you take some action against this lady because she tortured me mentally for no reasons and fault of mine. The Number from which she called was ********33 and she mentioned her name to be Ramya. I immediately called your customer care and spoke to your manager by name Ibrahim, but he could not give any kind of resolution.
