I am using reliance net connect for past couple of months .Meanwhile i went to france for some work .while returned I have paid an amount of 2500 unnecessarily as i already informed them to debar the service for 3 months .But after paying that amount also they are not activating my service .its been 3 weeks I am calling customer care exe. Mr Rohin( ********68 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              ********68      end_of_the_skype_highlighting ).But they are showing complete aloofness.its pretty depressing to expect such miserable service .Things are sure that reliance is a fraud company.my data card no is ********81.

Hi All,

I am using Reliance Broadband+ Datacard connection #********85 for over 2 years now. I recharged my account on 29-June-2011 for Rs. 3000 with 6 months validity. Now I am facing serious issues with connectivity as I am not able to connect in HSD mode since I made recharge. I am not getting the net connectivity speed for which I have made the payment. After numerous calls to your customer care and logging a complaint I have got no solution but ruthless behaviour of your executives. I was asked to wait till 31-Aug-2011 to get this issue resolved. When I paid the full amount of recharge why should I bear your poor service. I would like to make it clear either you make my refund or provide my full refund. In case of no response I would have no choice but to move to my city consumer court.

Please do the needful.

We spoke to you on alternate number and informed you to visit nearby any Reliance Mobile Store or Reliance Web World for activation, because the activation can be done only through Web World.
