I have complaint against Reliance Telecom ..

Disputed FWP No. 0********11 (In name of Naresh kumar Jain)

Reliance have disconnected our services without taking our consent due to their change in technology.

We have taken this connection 10 years back. It was a lifetime connection with zero rental plan. And 6 months ago we have changed instrument which costs us 2500/-.

When they contacted us that we have to migrate our number due to their technology change. we asked them to replace our new purchased instrument with the compatible instrument. and provide us the same zero rental plan.

They denied us to compensate in any manner. That means they want to make money on the sake of customer's hard earned money. No body able to govern these telecom operators who are using unfair practices.

we are the one who are loosing hard earned money.

Please help us If you can.


Please find attached all the communication done with the appellate authority of reliance.

This is clearly a white scam for making money. How they are becoming more rich... stupids...!!!
