I have been using using Reliance Network for last 4- 5 years, there has been always a problem in their service!
In the beginning i was using a posy paid plan, later I changed my Plan from post paid to prepaid due to heavy bills
without much usage!
Again after that I have been suffering from frequent recharges as the balance used to be finished very sooner!
I recharged my mobile several times, but there was no track for the usage. I used to use my mobile for a nominal
time or duration, but even then my balance used to be zero the very next day.
Once when I called upon the Customer care, they said they dont have the data before to 3 -days, then why and how the hell
they are running the business!
Also the recharge details provided on website is quite different from the actual which is less than shown on website! When Questioned about the same , they are very reluctant! For example Recharge of rs51/- for 2G data is valid for 10 days on website, where when asked the cust care , they say it is valid for 1-week only!
I think I wasted so much of money with this fraudulent Service provider! I think the TRAI is also keeping quite knowingly of this
mobile service provider!
Why dont the TRAI take some action against such network providers like RELIANCE!
