I purchased Pavilion touch Smart note book Serial No:5CD3214W07 for Rs. 38500/-. with which Rs. 2000 shopping was free. I registered online for this free purchase offer on hp.com/in/festiveoffer. they give me redemption code as 6520742 and after 3 days rejected my offer by saying registration date is prior to purchase date where as i filled purchase date fter purchase. then again i registered with new redemtion code 6529106 in order to correct error if it was there then again they rejected my offer by saying duplicate registration. both the times i haven't received any call from hp customer care. now it seems that hp is making fool of customers by making fake offer at the same time rejecting registration deliberately and also not making any call to such offer customers.
THIS IS TOO MUCH CHEEP ACTIVITY HP COMPANY IS SHOWING BY MAKING SUCH FAKE OFFER.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE INQUIRE INTO THE MATTER.

I am facing the similr issue, with multiple submissions, just sent a SMS to helpline, may be they will call back.
I had purchased a Pavilion laptop 15-e015tx on 30.09.2013 under confirmation from Dealer Balajee solutions, R.N.mukherjee Road, Kolkata that I would get extended Warranty & other gift vouchers. I have registered my product and got the confirmation mail but there was no redemption code for claiming the offers. As advised by them , I had clicked the instant offer and got only Voucher of Rs.100 for Busken robinson product. How can a Company like HP can cheat a customer like this ?
