sir, it is to inform you that tellers attending customers in your m/s aggarwal brothers vvip road jiamau lucknow outlet are involved in malpractice. on 8/11/2014 at around 3:45 pm i asked one of the teller for petrol amounting to rs 500 but he refilled for 100 only, then i told him to refill further for 400 rs then other teller ordered him to do so meanwhile this teller kept me involved in telling that printer is not ok how much bill do u want etc , etc...overall he kept me involved with him. then the first teller continued the machine from that billing amount to rs 400 and stopped when i asked him for 100 rs more oil then both of them told me that 100+ this 400 = 500. when i insisted that u dint reset the machine and asked for computerised bill they produced manual bill(enclosed here with), i dont know whether it is true or fake. kindly take the matter to your cognizance and act accordingly.
