Dear sir,
My main to inform you is that the chocolates you manufacture are really tasty and good. but yesterday i bought cad bury temptations almond treat for 60rs and as i bought it home and was about to eat it was fully melted..and there was no other way for me rather than throwing it. so henceforth make it a point that there is some way to prevent it as there wont be freezers with everyone..and even the last time i had found a small piece of hair in it and did not mind to inform you since mistakes happen by human beings..but please make a point it wont be repeated.
Thank you for serving such lovely chocolates but try to reduce the price if possible.

I took Halls Mento-Lyptus from shop of about 10 nos. later found that one of the sachet doesn't contain any thing except vacuum. Due to I lost my Rs. 0.50/- Please request let us know how this loss measures at the time of packing. Please write me on my mail. Also what is the procedure to check packing! Please help this compliance vide batch no. 4831 mfg. 01/11.
