here i want to pay your attention to your services for replacement/settlement of your product "HUGGIES DIAPAR". The product is expired with me for last 6 months and your distributor "LALTI ENTERPRISES" CHOUBEY COLONY RAIPUR has refused to take back the expired product by saying that company has no policy to replace the expired product. Kindly reply me that whether the statement given by your distribuor was right or not, if so then why it happens.
