IRCTC - regarding refund of money against not booked of air ticket

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have tried to book an air ticket through IRCTC e-ticket system from Kolkata to Chennai (Indigo) for travel date 15-05-2018 against transaction Id 2000497818 on 30-04-2018 at 20:53:02. Rs.4986 has been withdrawn from my A/C on POS 4********004822. My ticket was not booked. If you kindly refund the above mentioned amount in my A/C I shall be greatful to you.
