I bought a Sony LED TV(32 inch) from Shopclues on 21st Sep 2014. They delivered that product through dotzot courier with order id. 20748001 and AWB No. ********7733 and mentioned expected deleivery date 1 oct 2014 and 4 oct 2014 but they didn't deliver on expected given date. I went to near dtdc courier branch and asked why this product is not reached to me at given expected time. He track in his own website and said your product we received in damaged condition in ranchi branch. Same damaged product we received in dhanbad branch then I complained to shopclues, I won't take delivery so you return this product. I requestd for return and refund my money to shopclues through mail. I am continuously calling and mailing to shopclues to refund my money but they say when that product would reach our warehouse then only I would return your money. I asked to courier to return back to shopclues but they said when shopclues would send return mail to us then only i would send this product to shopclues. For last two months shopclues customer care repeat same answer "I raised your complained and forward our logistic team for investigation" whenever I call and mail him. They say I will be give resolution within 24 to 48 hrs. and I call after 48 hrs. they repeat same answer. That product is still in courier department, they are not sending any message to them to return this product. Shopclues is mentioned status of this product is complete in his own site but I refused to take delivery. I paid to shopclues 23,398 Rs through hdfc credit card with 3 installment. I also paying 500 Rs interest to hdfc.
Please do the needful.
