Central Railway - regarding non functioning of railway staff

this is in regards to the booking office at SHAHAD station..
the station has 3 counters on platform no.2 and also an extention counter and even 1counter on platform no.1..
but the counter on platform no.1 is almost closed evryday while only 2counters fuction on plt no.2...
they have a so called rule that if 2 counters are working then the 3rd counter wont issue tickets..
also they have themselves made the 3rd counter for "PASS HOLDERS ONLY"..when asked to issue tickets from that counter they refrain and direct to move on to the adjacent counter..
also there is a rule that if manual extention is available then extention will be issued on counter no.3 :"ONLY"..
ironically,,the board at the top of counter specifies "ISSUE OF CARD,JOURNEY EXTENTION TICKETS, PASS HOLDERS"...
THE PERSONNEL AT THE counter are always desperate to get into an argument and fight...
they behave in odd manner..

Dear Sir,

On 23/12/2011. i got three ticket for CST Return, it my mistak Brother have already take a Reailway pass Shahad to Vikroli, I Request to Mr Prakash Chichriya( Rly Staff ) for cancelled ticket & give me another for Extention to Vikroli to CST, But his suggest for cancellation charges Rs 20/- per Ticket, other wise show me complaint , my Question is How Many Charges for Ticket Cancellation charges for Local Ticket Shahad to CST , i have Request but his nature is bad So, I can complaint against to Mr Prakash Chichriya (Rly Staff Shahd) Replay Ans. ASAP, Regards Nilesh Mohite
