Myself Ansay Sayyed.

This complaint is regarding international roaming for my mobile number +********8968. On 03.09.2017 I was called on the vodafone customer care number – ********50 and requested to activate the IROAM FREE pack of 5000/- for 30days on my mobile number. Accordingly customer care representative activated the same. I have received a sms also from the vodafone that pack has been activated and hence i continued use of the mobile. Now the bill of my mobile is came more than 11000/- for only one day use. This is completely wrong and unfair with the customers.

Your immediate attention is required to resolve and help me in this regard.
