Education - Refunding of fees by GGSIPU

I submitted a sum of Rs. 40,000 to IPU for admission procedure and after got selected in other institute i withdraw my admission before provided date on IPU official site but my fees has not been given back by them . Not only me but many other students are also facing the same problem with the university . So please take a strict action against IPU so that in future no one faces this problem again.
