INOX MOVIES - Refund overdue since 11-08-2016

I had booked 2 tickets from Inox on 11-08-2016 for the movie Rustom .Due to issues in their system they failed to book my tickets however the amount was deducted from my account.I was informed that I will receive he refund in 10 business days which has not happened at all. They are saying they have already paid in my account however there is no money credited in my account.Moreover,I have been tossed from pillar to post to get my money back.They asked me to confirm with my Bank and my Bank ICICI has also confirmed that there has been no Refund transaction arranged from INOX movies. Please take strict action against them.

I have booked 2 tickets for dark tower9 15 show and due to a booking of 4 we were made to wait for 15 mins and no clue if we are allowed to enter for the movie...why is the online booking app not blockedif we did not wanna show tge movie...people have better things to do than travel and kept waiting like dogs outside
