I had booked railway ticket of myself & my daughter (PNR No 230-6971282 ) from New Delhi to Banglore for journey on 06.06.2010. As the ticket was not confirmed, I could not travel on the date. I had to book Flight instead to go to Banglore. I surrendered the ticket on 07.06.2010 at Sahibabad Railway station. Reminder was also sent through speed post on 21.10.2010. But I regret to say that nearly six months have elapsed and nothing has been heard from the Railway Authorities. Please look into the matter and arrange to send the refund amount immediately. Amount of ticket was Rs4200/-. My TDR No is 118103 dt 07.06.2010, issued at Sahibabad Station.
