1. I Sunil Kumar Sharma having 02 in number Vodafone connection since 10 year back.

2. It was seen from the Sep 16 bill, i have been charged extra Rs. 100/- as late fee charge against ********50, which is not understood . And the second No. ********25 has been charged Rs. 299 /- as uses of internet / data.
3. I was visit at Vodafone store which is near to my house which is located at Hiranandani garden (Powai). I have discussed my problem with Vodafone reps. Reps has seen my problem and i promised me don't worry the Rs. 100/- and Rs. 299/- will be refunded to you and complaint has been registered in the Vodafone system.
4. Thereafter, Vodafone rep has told me to pay your bills as balance amount ie. after minus the reversal amount. At the same time i have paid Rs. 236/- against ********50 and 310/- against ********25 on 01 Oct 16. It is also intimated that i was away from Mumbai on the billing payment date i.e 29 Sep 16, but on arrival at Mumbai on the same day i have paid the bill.
5. However, I have not received the reversal amount till date. I have visit Vodafone store 04 time in the month of Oct 16, but no response. If my extra charged amount will not refunded to me then i am going to stopped/closed Vodafone connection
6. Sir, please look this matter on top priority. Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I m Hemwant Vishwakarma have number Vodafone connection since 3 year back.
It was seen from the March 17 bill, i have been extra charge . N can't resolve my problem ur Vodafone resp. Last 3 months ur resp told me ur problem will be defenetaly slove. But there is no slove my Vodafone will charge. N I m surely I m change the network. my very frustrated ur service. Tomorrow I will submit the my ducument in other network.
I have refunded 349 recharge in double time I have refunded money for full tolktime.
I was charged extra for my Vodafone number ********77 in postpaid in my bill
I want back my 4th bill amount
So do the needful
माझे पोस्टपेड बिल मधे 1 मिनट चे ISD कॉल दाखवला आहे..जो मी केला नाही. आणि 100 रूपए चार्ज केला आहे....कृपया अश्या प्रकारचे सर्विस देऊन तुम्ही ग्राहकाचे दिशाभूल करता आहात...आणि फसवणूक होत आहे.तरी मला माझे 100 रुपये रिफंड करावे.....जर तुम्ही याबदल कोणती हि प्रक्रिया न केल्यास मला पुढे कार्रवाई साठी जावे लागेल....कृपया नोंद असावी.

It's very poorly to say I am very upset by getting the service from Vodafone. My number ********11 was made the complaint to make given number to past paid and to do the reversal of my Bill amount and Close the same at the earliest
But no one is supportive from Vodafone end
