I purchased one e-ticket through IRCTC having PNR number 23******** for travelling from New Delhi to Howrah on 29/09/2014 by Poorva Express in AC-I. I along-with wife and kids could not travel as the ticket was partially confirmed (Only one person was confirmed) even after preparation of the chart. I contacted railway enquiry and they advised me to file TDR. I filed TDR even before the departure of train, but till date I didn't receive my money back. I have also mailed to chief commercial manager but without any reply.
