i made an order through rediff shopping on 19th oct and they delivered the same on 27th oct 13.i didnt like the product so i mailed on the same day to return the product and on 29th of oct they replied to product within 2 days and i did the same with mail confirmation and delivery details. they again mailed me on 2nd of nov that the refund will be done through cheque payment within 20 working days bcoz i paid the amount through Cash on delivery . I replied that i cant wait for 20 w.days plz remit the amount through neft and i m ready to provide cancelled cheque copy. i got reply few days back that they will send the cheque on priority basis and it will take max 10 working days. In the mean time i had sent more than 10 mail but on each mail they replied that the remittance will be done withing 10 to 12 working days.if i calculate 20 working days today is the last day but on yesterday mail they again suggested that they require 10 working days to send my cheque. My amount may be small but its horrible to see that rediiff is cheating with their customer. i do have each and every mail for proof what i have stated here. Plz ask these people to stop cheating and be customer friendly.
