I had booked an E-ticket from ANVT TO DBG
in ANVT-JYG special(Train no. 05528) on 28th August 2016
and date of journey was 31st August 2016.
Reason behind this is train delayed for more than 3 hours mean to say it was suppose to arrive in Anand
vIHAR at around 11 pm night however been announced to arrive at 3 pm next day, hence late by almost 16 hours.
Hence none of the passenger has travelled and we asked the station manager what to do in case and he suggested us to file a TDR through IRCTC. I did the same and right now its showing as in 'CR registered' status.
Sir i would like to tell you that its been almost 3 months and no money has been refunded or processed in my account, and the ticket is worth Rs 8675/- which is a big amount and its almost half my salary .
Sir for the person like me who belongs to middle class such amount of money matters a lot
hence kindly look into this matter and do the needful. I will be highly obliged to you.
