today,i.e.,on 07/03/2011,I had booked ticket under tatkat quota from patna to katihar for two passengers in AC-3tier ,the TRANSACTION ID is 0317288964IG43612327.Amount of Rs.1196/- appears to transferred to account no.-30338421988 but I could not receive the tickets.My account has been debited with Rs.1196/- Request made for refund of the amount of failed transaction,please.
